When you come to your pickup location all you need to have are your documents (driving licence, credit card and id). On your voucher you will be able to see what car rental company you are and walk to their office. After filling short paperwork, doing credit card authorization and car check-out you will get your car and be on your way!
Please note that if you come earlier than expected you might wait for your car (but advise with rental company for that). Also some countries are require to have international driving licence so check out do you need to get one (usually no but check anyway). Also please read our “Payment with credit card” section in “Support center” to advise about CDW and credit card authorization.
It is advised to take a look at the car before taking off to be sure that there are no damages whatsoever (car rental agent might miss it) and check fuel capacity. Please be careful when putting the fuel to be sure that you are putting correct fuel. If you don’t know witch fuel goes in (Petrol or Diesel) check fuel cap for instructions (Unleaded fuel only is Petrol and if it says Diesel only than it is diesel).
